WHY DO I DANCE?

As a dancer, choreographer, and educator, my mission is to make the arts accessible and equitable for people of all ages, backgrounds, identities, and abilities. Drawing from my foundation in competitive dance and extensive teaching experience, I execute and create movement that resonates with diverse audiences, using dance as a universal language to unite, empower, and inspire.

In my work, I focus on breaking down barriers—whether physical, social, or cultural—so that everyone can experience the transformative power of movement. In the studio, I prioritize inclusivity, ensuring that every dancer feels valued and empowered to express their unique voice. I believe that creativity flourishes in environments that embrace diversity, and I strive to build communities where all forms of expression are celebrated and supported. Dance is not just an art form to me—it is a means of connection, healing, and self-expression that should be available to all.

By centering accessibility in my work, I aim to inspire others to see dance as a powerful tool for social change, fostering empathy, understanding, and community across diverse populations. My goal is to create a space where every dancer, no matter their background or ability, can experience joy, pride, and belonging through movement.
